CURTIS L. RING | PRESIDENT
Curtis was born in Coldwater, Michigan. When he was six years old, Curtis and his family moved to Lakeland, Florida. Being the son of a U.S. Army veteran, Curtis knows full well what hard work and commitment looks like. As a young man, Curtis left school early to begin working for his family’s roofing business. Starting as a general laborer, Curtis worked his way up from the bottom, learning every aspect of the roofing business. Curtis now has more than 40 years of roofing experience and most recently served as the primary Project Manager for a local roofing company, before joining his sons to start Ring Roofing, Inc.His remarkable work ethic and attention to detail make him well-suited to oversee every aspect of your roofing project.
CURTIS “SCOTT” RING | CEO
Scott was born and raised in Lakeland, FL. Along with being the CEO, Scott is a state-certified roofing contractor. He takes great pride in his work and pays close attention to detail – just the kind of person you’d want to show up at your door if you’re having an issue with your roof! Scott oversees all workmanship, logistics, and quality control for Ring Roofing, Inc. Most recently, Scott owned and operated a multi-state trucking company, overseeing more than $2,000,000 in annual transportation and logistics services. With more than 15 years of roofing experience, Scott will work hard to ensure that all workmanship is performed in compliance with Florida Building Codes and meets the highest standards of Ring Roofing, Inc.
JAMES L. RING | PARTNER
James was born and raised in Bartow, FL. After graduating from high school, he went on to enlist in the United States Army. James has deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Enduring Freedom & Iraqi Freedom. He recently retired from the City of Lakeland Police Department as a Police Sergeant, where he served the citizens of Lakeland for the past 12 years. James holds an Associate’s degree from Polk State College, a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, a Graduate Certificate from the University of Virginia, and a Master’s degree from Saint Leo University. He’s also a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XXXIV, Leadership Polk Class XII, Public and Policy Leadership Institute Class III, and the 260th Session of the FBI National Academy. James is currently mobilized on Active Duty as a member of the U.S. Army Reserves.
